1. Introduce

2. Football Games
- GT Game
- We did not have a great showing at F&H.
We only had about 30 people there.
- BC Game
-complimentary food- We decided to have
the tailgates at the BC game and the Miami
game on November 4th.
3. Clemson
Bus Trip -17 so far; need 25 to go.-
have to decide by 10/15
Update- As of Monday,
October 16th we have 30 people signed up to
go. A final email blast will go out this week
to promote.

4. Beer
Tasting - Green Rice Studio- October.
14th
- Tables & Chairs- Rented
thru Ace Rentals
- Food- Jennifer- Spent $125
on food & paper products. Will use left
over water & soda for bus trip.
- Registration so far –
We had a total of 35 people attend the tasting.
5. Financial
Update- Mangels reviewed last year’s
expenses.
6. Fundraising Possibilities
- Arena events – Mattox
spoke to Knights of Columbus. They have
a few more details to iron out. He will
follow up and get back to the group.
7. Season Tickets
- $225 for Georgia Tech &
$140 for Duke/Cincinnati auction
- Southern Miss. (10/21)
- Jennifer is going to buy for face value.
- Clemson (10/28)- VT Bay
- Kent Sate (11/11)- Will
sell raffle tickets at Southern Miss., Clemson,
& Miami games. $5 a piece or 3 for $10
– Need some officers to help sell
raffle tickets.

8. Go Around Table-
Operation Christmas Child
is Wednesday, December 6th 6:00PM-10:00PM.
We are in need of volunteers. Please contact
