Parties
- Stay with Fox and the Hound

end of football season, at the bar, and
see what everyone wants to do.

schedule to Fox and Hound.

- Jon is working on finishing
it up, will do before he leaves

can cancel the credit card
- Might be able to give $2500
to scholarship, Jon is still working the

Officer’s Forum
- Weekend of September 1-3
- Big Friday night reception
– free for Officers!
- Tickets and hotels are
reserved for us – not free.
Fundraising
- Partnering with restaurant
to get a portion of their sales for one
night, donated to VTAA.
- Look into VT owned restaurants first
– Cabo Fish Taco, Boudreaxs, Showmars?,
Fox and Hound.
- We could put a link from our website
to theirs
- Once every few months, we could have
our meeting at that restaurant
- Sell earrings that Craig’s
wife makes, at football parties?
Public Relations
Create a flyer stating the numbers
of hours we commit the community, number of
dollars we raise, etc.
