August 5-6. Several volunteer opportunities.

Golf Tournament
13 teams have already signed up. Already ahead
of pace vs. last year. Still soliciting sponsors.
Purdy will check with Fox & Hound concerning
their sponsorship. We are within $2300 of
breaking even; things are looking good. Still
in talks about a raffle – what to give
away. Looking to Hokie Club for something.
Volunteers need to be there at 9am. Jennifer
to check with Seth concerning give aways from
Blacksburg.
Recruiting
Pops in the Park event? Possibly sometime
in June. Randi will get in touch with event
sponsor to see if we can set up a stand of
some sort. All members need to get in touch
with their old organizations to get a list
of new grads coming to Charlotte. Jennifer
to contact Seth concerning list of new alumni
moving to Charlotte.
Wine Tasting
Possibly May 20th? At Bonterra? Cheryl is
checking with her source to see what kind
of deal she can get. Jennifer & Lauren
will begin working on a location.
