Update
- Operation Christmas
Child - A date has not been
confirmed yet. Lauren will let everyone
know once a date is set.
Scholarship
- Goal is to have an article,
on the two recipients, run in the Observer
by the end of this month.
Bus Trips
- Notification email has
been sent out to local alumni.
- Trips have been posted
on the website
- Mangles and Craig are riding
the bus for the NCSU and/or Duke games
Social Update
- Joint VA Alumni Event –the
event originally planned for August 10th
has been postponed
- Ted will begin working on planning
a joint social later in the fall
- BBQ- We are waiting to
touch base with Les concerning this event.
Beer Tasting
- The event will be held
at Green Rice Studio in NoDa on Nov. 12th.
- Nikki & Ben are working
on a speaker & getting in touch with
local restaurants concerning food donations.
Fall Mailer
The mailer details have been submitted
to B-burg. Mailer should arrive around Sept.23rd.
