The Charlotte Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association serves Virginia Tech alumni in and around Charlotte, North Carolina. Our state is home to the second largest contingent of Hokies outside Virginia. Our chapter strives to keep alumni informed about Virginia Tech and to offer opportunities for graduates to join together in support of their university.


News Items - As of November 14, 2008
UVA game tickets auction - VTAA Charlotte has two tickets for the UVa game on November 29th. These will be sold via auction through November 21st. Please check our auction site for additional information. Tickets are located in Section 6, Row MMM, Seats 9 & 11.

Tickets to football games - We will be posting tickets for people who need to sell tickets to football games this fall. They can only be listed at face value or less. Check out the Sports Page for information and available tickets.

Next Meeting - Our next Officers Meeting will be on the first Wednesday of the month.  Please contact John Mattox with any questions.
Scholarships - We have now awarded $40,300 over the years to area students going to Virginia Tech. We have just selected this years recipients for the scholarships. Please see the Scholarships Page to get more information.
